Ventura Downtown Parking Study, City of San Buenaventura, California
KOA prepared a parking study for the City of San Buenaventura's Downtown Specific Plan Update. The study sought to document the current parking supply and demand under standard conditions and determine the need for anticipated future parking for the year 2010 within the study area. It included recommendations for parking increases and enhancements to meet near and long term needs of the Downtown Specific Plan.KOA conducted field surveys and analyzed parking spaces on city streets and public parking lots.
