Reche Vista Road Realignment, Moreno Valley, California
In an effort to increase motorist safety KOA was selected to prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates for the realignment of Reche Vista Drive from the intersection of Perris Boulevard / Heacock Street to 200 feet north of the city limits, within the City of Moreno Valley. The project consists of a five-lane section of roadway, with curb / gutter and sidewalk and a raised median. KOA is responsible for the scope of work including environmental clearance, right-of-way appraisal and acquisition, and completion of the plans, specifications and cost estimate. The project is planned to be constructed in two phases.
