For more than eleven years KOA has prepared plans, specifications and cost estimates for transportation related on-site and off-site improvements for the Playa Vista Development.

On-site improvements included street improvements, storm drain, sewer, traffic signalization, street lighting, and signing & striping.

The offsite improvements included preparation of street widening plans along Jefferson Boulevard, street lighting, signing and striping and traffic signal modification plans.
