Oceanside Downtown Redevelopment Area Parking Study, Oceanside, California
KOA was retained by the City of Oceanside to analyze existing and future parking supply and demand in Downtown Oceanside. The study was conducted on commercial and residential land uses, located adjacent to the beach. Therefore, this study included understanding the variations in parking demand between an average weekday and an average weekend day. Areas of parking surplus and deficiency were determined by focusing on areas within the project boundaries that have similar land uses.
