IVAG Long Range Transportation Plan Update, Imperial County, California
Due to recent heavy growth in population and housing in Imperial County, changing land use patterns and continued increases in the cross-border movement of goods and people, the Imperial Valley Association of Governments (IVAG) selected KOA to update its Regional Long Range Transportation Plan. The update is based on input from IVAG, the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), Caltrans – District 11, local stakeholders and citizens via public workshops and Technical Review Committee meetings which KOA conducted throughout the region.
